Duty to WarnI am committed to the confidentiality of all clients. However there are some exceptions according to law, which are: Any evidence of child abuse or elderly abuse must be reported to the authorities. If an individual intends to take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action against self or another human being, it may be the therapist’s responsibility to report such action or intent.
